Structure of the session
  • Guided breath exercises 
  • Sound meditation
  • One-on-one talk 
  • Restorative yoga and final relaxation


For this session, all you will need in terms of equipment is:

  • Your computer to connect in. You will see on Zoom it is optional to share your camera and audio. It will be necessary for you to share your camera and audio during our session.
  • A yoga mat.
  • A nice cosy blanket.
  • A notebook and pen.
  • A cushion for the breathwork and the meditation, or a chair if this is more. comfortable to you.
  • If you have some: 1 or 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap and 1 sleep mask.
